Robert was very useful, curteous and helpful. There was a little confusion with the pick up date but once I talked to the dispatcher about it they fixed it right away. They did their best effort to accomodate to my needs. I was initially unsatisfied with the carrier since he picked up my car very late (9 pm to his initial estimate of 5:30 pm) and I had to leave the car with a friend since I needed to leave with my move. When the carrier delivered the car he explianed that he ran into an issue with another pick up he did that day. He looked honest enough so I decided to be cool about it. The car was delivered early enough the day after it was picked up in very good condition.
Overall good service.
