excellent customer service very poor shipping service

I'll start by saying that my rep was very honest and up front with me. Morgan was his name and he did a excellent job with keeping in touch and returning my calls. I felt he was trully trying to help me as much as possible. The nightmare was the truck company that they used to transport. The company didnt show up the first time and had the nerve to claim they spent hours trying to pick it up but their truck wouldnt fit down the street. The dealership that had my car ships everyday. They informed me that they have had ten trucks loading at one time before. They informed me that the truck company wasnt going to make it before they closed ( after they promised they would since they were already a few days late) and they wanted the dealer to leave my car outside the gate with the keys in it. The dealer waited 2 hours after closing but still a no show from the company. A week later the same trucking company took the haul again and barely made it before closing. I should add that they again requested that the dealer leave my car outside the gate with the keys in it. They told me it would be monday at the latest for my dealivery. The car showed up at 830pm tuesday night. I called morgan may times and i always got results. I began wearing them out on the phone and morgan called back everytime and sometimes way before I thought to call him again. To sum it all up My broker customer service was excellent because of morgan; however, the trucking service was a nightmare. I dont feel its fair to trash Riteway after all of morgans help! I would use morgan again!
