Bait and switch tactic used for return trip. Car supposed to be picked up 3 days prior to departure. It was never picked up. Repeated song and dance given..."price is gas went up," now want to charge $75+ more for return trip; "unexpected emergencies" with driver, fired drivers, supposedly no one available to pick up at the time and date requested - even a week later - after return trip home. No option provided outside of having elderly parent drive out of her way in Florida to some terminal holding area in unknown location. One excuse after another. Two children with parent in Florida who could have cancelled their flight home and driven car...Company did not offer as an option since they "could do it and ...have a nice day...don't worry..." Eventually came home...more phone calling, still no pickup. Ultimately family member had to flight back down to Florida to get the car and drive it home himself. No I would not use service ever again and would not recommend this situation for anyone needing their vehicle on a timely basis.
