Car was supposed cost 995. However, Kevin called me saying that a driver was going to be in my area and it was going to cost 55 dollars more. Finally, Kevin scheduled my car to be picked up on Jan 5th or 6th. The driver from a different company picked my car up in WV on 9th of Jan. The gentleman who picked up my car was from Mobile Transport. He picked up my car at 6 in the morning and dropped my car off at midnight. Finally to top it off, I had the check made out to Rite Way and the check was supposed to made out to his company...again a different company than who even discussed my needs. This poor guy's paycheck is now 900 dollars less until Rite Way sends him the money. I feel terrible for him, but Kevin could have explained this to me when he told me about the driver. I will never use Rite Way again!!! I will just call Mobile Transport myself!!! Very disappointed!! Don't use this company!!
