I had a great experience with Rite Way Auto Transporters. Stefano was extremely good at making sure that I had all of the information I needed in a timely manner and that I was completely understanding of all policies. He was there when I called and was prompt to return any calls I made. Even after my truck was picked up he called to confirm everything happened accordingly. Stefano was by far the best customer service associate I encountered in moving my house-hold (two dogs, two kids, all of the house-hold items, etc) from the east coast to hawaii. I highly recommend using this company as well as asking for Stefano! I had no worries that my truck was in great hands!! THANKS STEFANO!
