I was very happy with the overall service with Rite-Way Transport. The customer service was great and Cheryl, my personal contact was very explanatory as to how the whole operation worked. They kept me updated and even called and made sure that I received my vehicle the way I was supposed to. The carrier was also great. They called and gave me plenty of time to arrange someone to be at my house to receive the vehicle. I live way out in the sticks and expected the carrier to want me to meet him at a Walmart or some other popular destination. Instead, it was delivered right to my front door. I was very happy with both broker and carrier and would recommend to anyone. Thank you Rite-Way!
