This was the first time I've had a car shipped. Cheryl was great on the phone explaining the process and on subsequent calls to discuss pickup times, etc.. The price was fine and the car arrived in good shape. The only surprise was that the car did not go on one carrier from Maryland to my home in California. The carrier brought it to LA and then a few days later a second carrier brought it to my home in Nor Cal. I did have to call to find out what the LA to Nor Cal plan was but Cheryl was very quick in getting the information and calling me back.
