I am very happy with Riteway Auto Transport for many reasons. Steve did what he said he was going to do in the timeline promised. My car arrived in excellent condition and the driver was very nice. I was always told by many to use Riteway and the time finally came for me to listen. I'm so happy I did. It is rare to find auto transport companies these days who are honest and hold their promises. Steve did just that. I have already recommended Riteway to many colleagues and friends. The transport cost me only $700.00 and the car was transported all the way from NY to FL. Other companies quoted much more, and the employees were not easy to get a hold of or wouldnt return my calls with those companies. Steve, on the other hand, always acted in a very professional manner, returned my calls immediately if he was unable to answer right away. I knew Riteway was a very trustworthy company after first speaking to Steve, and I never doubted the degree of customer service he promised. I also dealt with Jeff, and I was pleased as well. Thank you, Riteway, and I look forward to a forever long business relationship. Keep up the great work guys! Thank you again for running a business the way it should be done! Others should learn from you!
