I am so happy that I decided to use Rite Way Auto Transport for shipping my car. I can't begin to tell you how many people called and emailed and when I finally got in touch with Steve Barbieri at Rite Way, he and his company definately lived up to their 5 Star Rating. Steve was very persistent in follow up phone calls and when I finally got around to calling him back, all of the questions that I had and more were answered very professionally and more important HONESTLY!!!

Steve has a definate knowledge of the business and prices his quotes to move. He will not charge you any more than what it takes to get the job done. I gladly paid him the $200.00 broker fee even after he told me he could do it for $150.00. As far as I am concerned "RITE WAY IS THE ONLY WAY!!!!!!!!!

Everything that Steve told me was accurate and if I had a question or concern ALL of my calls were returned in a timely manner. Steve even forwards his office line to his cell so after hours his customers are not alienated until the next morning. Talk about Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!!

I also, had the pleasure of dealing with Jeff Lassen who is Steve's superior and informed him of what an asset Steve is to his business! Jeff was just as professional as Steve and made my experience very easy and pleasurable!

In closing I would just like to add that anyone who is dealing with what seems like an endless headache of shipping a vehicle between the phone calls, the prices all over the place and the endless emails, just call Steve Barbieri and he will easily transform a nightmare into a SWEET DREAM!
