I would definately use Riteway Auto Transport again if I have a need to ship another vehicle. Jon explained the who process fully when I first spoke to him and got a quote. I ultimately chose another carrier which was a huge mistake. My car was left sitting long after the pickup date. Jon again contacted me and asked if I still needed a carrier. I told him indeed I did. He assured me he would look into finding someone going to Nevada. Stefano then called and told me he had a carrier going on Thursday and asked if I was interested. The car was picked up on time and arrived ahead of schedule. I was able to talk to the carrier while the car was in route as well. This is a top notch company that really does communicate with their customers and gets the job done for a reasonable price.
