When i spoke with Evan form Rite Way.He took the time to explain how everything works and made it real easy for me..he told me never go with the low-ball quote becuase my car would never move. Evan was right because before i went with Rite way i went with a low ball quote.......My car sat on central dispatch for over a month and it was very frustrating for me..luckly Evan called me up just to follow up with me.....i explained to whole situation to him and he said he will get this whole thing resolved and get my car moved for me...so i canceled with the other company,went with evan at rite way and my car was picked up 4 days after i went with evan....evan stuck by me through the whole process and made it as easy as possible for me....
i would definitly recomend using rite way in the future..The guys over there really care...Thanks Evan and Jeff at Rite Way...it was a pleasure doing buisness with you and your company!!!
