RiteWay worked my problem when it was time to work the problem. I was very frustrated with other companies who were spending time in an unrealistic bid war trying to find the lowest price at the expense of schedule and service. I had a lot of promises that couldn't be delivered by the competition. It was refreshing to receive both honesty,integrity, and competence all along the way from RiteWay. Communications were very good and the response to questions were timely. Problems weren't allowed to exist for very long before they were resolved. They had a no nonsense approach to doing business. The trucking company they contracted with, HD&J, were just as honorable. They certainly earn your trust. RiteWay did it RIGHT.
