This is an EXCEPTIONAL company and I recommend them 100%. In October 2017 I wanted to ship an SUV from my sister in Erie, PA, to myself, in Fernley, NV- moving it from coast to coast. I phoned and talked with Jake, got a reasonable estimate, and made arrangements right then. Within a few days, Jake called and gave me details of the transport, all of which proved to be completely accurate and reliable. The communication from Rite Way to myself and my sister was perfect, nothing was left to guesswork with all details covered. The vehicle was picked up in Erie at the date and time specified, and the driver called to finalize pickup with plenty of notice. Only 36 hours later, the driver phoned me to say he would deliver at a certain time the next day, giving me 24 hours notice. The vehicle was picked up and delivered timely, it arrived from across country in perfect condition only 60 hours after pickup. The carrier truck was clean and modern, the driver was timely and polite. Jake and other staff at Rite Way were very courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. I cannot recommend Rite Way enough, I would definitely use them again.
