The convertible top was damaged. Michael promised me that he and his company "would make it right". After about 5 weeks the excuse was "they were waiting to hear from the insurance co."
Six weeks later after numerous calls and Emails they finally gave me a certificate of insurance.
When I finally got in touch with someone at the insurance company they told me no one ever contacted them about this damage. They failed to return calls and mis-represented what they would do to repair the car. Michael was deceptive, always promising to call but never following through.
