I deal with 5 locations here at Sewell and it gets tough when over 20 transport companies are contacting me for payment on their shipment, especially if I get an invoice 3 weeks after delivery and the information given is not correct.
Robert always gives me a heads up on when invoices will be coming in.
Always with correct VINs and detailed vehicle descriptions, easy for me to look up the units on my end.
He is beyond amazing!!!!!
I have even sent his contact information to all my other locations so I can mainly deal with Robert. He knows how we do things and is more than happy to bend over backwards to make me happy, which is nice when all the other companies don’t spoil me like he does.
Rite way is an awesome company getting us our units to us on time and at an affordable rate.
I highly recommend on using him over and over.
