Pick up and deliver require walking a really long distance

I was told that the driver would pick up in front of my house and deliver the car to the exact location I assigned. However, I have to drive and walk at least 20 mins to have my car loaded. The driver was nice and taking care of my car. Again, once I arrived MA I have to walk more than 15 mins to pick up my car which is really inconvenient. I would use another transportation company rather than KB transportation if walking is required again.
