everyone that calls you or emails you is your new best friend and "their company is so different than any other company"; what a crock of crap! when is first spoke with Jason, i did believe him; i told him of my horror story with another transport company that i pulled the order form; i told him the first sign of any BS, i would pull his order too; they do tend to call and call until they have your cc, then communication seems to break down; day of "pick-up" form 1-5pm, no show, no call (what a surprise!); next day, show up at 10:30am looking for car but i had already canceled the order the night before; they were shocked! cancel the order just because they didn't show or call?! When i spoke with Jason the next day, he says "stuff happens" they can not guarantee a date/time; ok ok, i get that, but guess what? telephones and emails have been invented! God knows how many calls/emails I got stalking me for the business, now they seem to forget how to communicate; i did lose my $150 deposit on this job which is ok; hopefully Rite Way will use it to be a cell phone for someone that really needs to call people when they aren't going to show up!

WOW is all i can say to this...this person is beyond wrong and a horrible individual...this is all very simple.. MY DRIVER WAS GOING TO BE 1 day late...literally 1 day late. So my driver picked up his phone and explained to this person the situation and that he will be a day late and will be there between noon and 1pm. This customer says "ok no worries" and hangs up the phone...like most normal people would do. Then my driver pulls up...gets out of his rig...walks to the door and rings the bell...and this ANGRY individual opens the door and literally says "F**K YOU your late" and slams the door in my drivers face. I really feel bad for my driver who came hours and hours out of his way to pick this person up and GAVE HIM A HEADS UP about being a day late. As for the rest of what he says we did...he needs to get real and understand who he is dealing with. We are not the "rift raft" type of company this industry is used too. We are one of the largest companies in the industry and we absolutely have ZERO intention on giving this person his $150 back. In fact we had to give the driver whats called a "dry run" fee of $200. Folks its very simple...this person is off his rocker!
