I spoke to Pete at Rite Way several times in trying to decide which company I wanted to transport my vehicle. He guided me step by step on Transport Reviews, as well as showed me their rating on the BBB (A rating) and answered all my questions to the “T”. I decided I wanted Rite Way and Pete to transport my vehicle to Florida. Within minutes they called me back and provided me the name and phone number of the person that was going to pick up my vehicle. He called me the day before to make sure I would be home, and when he showed up, I watched my vehicle get on the truck. He was very polite and treated my car with extreme care. I spoke to my sister about 8 days later and she told me the vehicle was in perfect condition (minus needing a car wash). Thank you Pete and Rite Way for taking care of my vehicle… I won’t use anyone but Rite Way.
