Delayed pick up

I picked Riteway because the price was good. I called June 15th and the same day someone called back with a pickup day for the day before I moved and I thought that was awesome. Then the day came and someone called to say the truck had a flat tire and they would put us back on top of the list or let us know when that truck was fixed. I didn't hear anything for a couple weeks and I checked my credit card and it had been charged their dispatch fee,,,so now I was concerned that since they got their money they weren't trying hard to get us a carrier. I called and they realized it was never picked up and said again they would put us at the top of the list. Waited another week or so and then called and talked to Mitch and he said it was a busy day after the 4th and they should be getting something soon. 2 days later I got a call and they said they could pick up that day July 7th between 12-1. I arranged for a neighbor to be there to meet them, but the driver came an hour earlier than stated so I had to scramble and find someone else to meet him with the key. I was relieved that it was picked up (Thursday) and it was promised to be delivered on Tuesday. I got a call Sunday from the driver and he said it would be delivered Monday. It was delivered at the time he quoted to me and in good condition.
