Harold was the only person from a transport company that contacted me directly by phone. All other companies sent either auto-quotes or wanted me to login or respond to another questionaire. Harold was very pleasant, patient, explained the entire process to me, answered all of my questions, and gave me a comfortable feeling when I talked to him. Add to that his 24/7 access and the fact that his company was a local company for me (FL), and I felt that I was dealing with professionals. From booking to delivery, I knew what the process was, about how long it would take, and when to expect delivery. The independant driver arrived 5 days later after the pick up, was on time and prompt, well mannered and very accomidating. Overall this was an excellent experience, and a good value for the money spent.
