Debbie contacted me and seemed knowledgable and convincing that she could get things done. I contracted with her based on my impressions over the initial phone discussion. I recieved some calls later on by other shippers that offered dispariging comments about her business practices, and I must admit it made me a bit uneasy. I was pleased however, that I chose Riley. My vehicle was picked up in the quoted time, and was delivered as advertised by a friendly driver with no problems and good communication.
