Riley Auto has zero integrity or business know how. I was already in a desperate situation when I came to them. My car had sat for 3 weeks with another auto transporter who promised me a specific date that the car would be picked up. Once I called Riley, Debbie was very energetic and seemed like she knew what she was doing. She said with the amount of money I was paying, drivers would be fighting over my car. Bologna!!!!!!!!! I sat there with Riley for a week with Debbie telling me daily that she is almost positive she would have a driver. Nope, never did. Called yet a third broker and w/in two hours, I was in contact with the driver who was picking my car up the next day. Riley took a deposit of $350 and was unwilling to return it when I went with someone else. I just spoke to them and they're returning all of it but $75 for administrative fees. What administrative fees? Seriously?????? I did not benefit from anything or any services with them. I would NEVER recommend Riley to anyone. They have only been in business for less than 6 months. I got burned b/c I didn't do my research!

We strive to satify every customer, regardless of the service level chosen. This review is clearly undeserved and ms. serrano has indeed identified herself. She had a bad experience prior to contracting the services of Riley Auto transport and terminated said contract after only five days. We worked on her behalf and she did agree to the early termination fee, which she now complains about. We regret that she feels this way, but she is absolutely mistaken in all of her stated facts!
