They make promises but never follow through!!!! I can't wait to see what their response is and how they blame me for giving them money and then asking them to do what they promised for it! I enlisted their services, within 5 minutes my card was charged. 18 days later my car STILL has not been picked up!!!!!!!!!!!! They have the audacity to call and say that we can pick it up tomorrow after 18 days, but it will cost more!!!!!! This company and its employees are beyond unprofessional. They just talk in circles about gas prices and make you promises that they never keep!!!!!!!!!! Stay clear if you don't want a headache or your money stolen!!!!!! MY MONEY STILL HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED!

The issue of rising diesel prices are indeed real & has resulted in unfortunate delays. Ms. Bozeck could care less about that reality. We have worked on her behalf & she has been loud & rude from the very beginning. She has indeed identified herself.
