Spoke to Taylor about a quote on Thursday night. She was in driving and asked to call me back. She returned my call quickly and answered all my questions. She was honest and upfront about the process and the pricing. I told her the car would be ready on Friday pickup at anytime. She got back to me Friday afternoon with a two hour window for pickup. This is a family owned business which I love to support! Can't beat their customer service. I felt very comfortable with the whole process. The transit company called me when he was 500 miles away to give me a time slot for delivery and I gave him the address for a different drop off which was a big parking lot for the truck. He then called me when he was 90 minutes away and then again when he arrived for delivery. The transit company was also very professional. This whole process was so easy and very professional. I actually thought I would have my car picked up in a few days then see the car in a week. The 28 hour turnaround was unbelievable! Thank you for such a smooth transaction!!
