In the beginning they seem to be a good company,they were almost the cheapest.When contacted about moving a car pick up date there was no problem.Well that is when the problems began.I was contacted and told that if i wanted to have the car picked up early i would have to pay more,ok i agreed.This was an issue because the excuses started,first day suposedly the driver had a flat tire,next day i was told axle problem,then bearing.It would be 5 days to repair.Ok now were on to the second driver said he would be there on a tues night,previous owner stayed up till 12 am no driver no call.Meanwhile i was told that no deposit would be taken untill car was loaded(wrong)you are told no deposit till we load the car but after finding out the hard way that means that when they dispatch a driver that is when they take their money.Now how do you know if a driver was dispatched?in simple terms you dont.What their scam is, they bid really low knowing that they cant get a driver to deliver for the price quoted,and they hit you with an increase,Suprise they still dont have a driver,but they have their commission money.Upon asking them to do the right thing and just reinburse the deposit so you can find someone else,suprise the supposed probably non exhistent driver has been dispatched,so you are committed to pay what everyone else quoted but you have lost countless days and been told so many untruths that you are left to do one thing,pay a reputable company real world prices and get the job done.Oh and also get a lawyer and spend 100 times the deposit to try to keep this from happening to someone else,which i will be doing very soon.scale of 1-10 its a negative 5.And just to be clear this is my 4th car to get shipped and will never go through a broker again.EVER
