Man what an ordeal. First I’d like to thank Josh for calling to make sure the car got picked up on time witch it did. Then he called to see if the car made it here with no problems witch it did. I was very pleased with the level of service and the Quickness in witch my order was handled. Rhino Transporter is very lucky to have a person like Josh. From the second I called with my order explaining that this was a rush because another company with one of the highest rating’s completely left me in the dark. I was told a number of time’s the car would be picked up within the next two day’s tomorrow and the list goes on. Then I get an email saying that they can’t ship my car for the amount that we agreed witch was more than Rhino Transporter and they want more money so I agreed to pay an extra 200. Three days go by and no one picked up the car so I called. Then they tell me they can’t ship the car. I was speechless. I asked why. Simply put they wanted more money. So I did a little research and found Rhino Transporter made ONE CALL that’s all and for less than what I was going to pay originally he had my car pick up and at my door in three days the people who transported it where very nice and professional the guy even drove the car to my house because I live on a narrow street so his truck wouldn’t fit. Don’t be fooled by a big company that see you as a number they all go throw the same system to find drivers/truckers some may have their own trucks but that does you know good unless you live there. Even then there still going to bid you out to the lowest driver/trucker without knowing anything about the company where Rhino Transporter have people like Josh that will stay up late to make sure you’re taking care of and goes the extra step to make sure you’re happy with everything From the pickup to the drop off.
