Upon placing my order, these guys took 4 days to process my payment, I wouldn't know why until later. As it turns out, when they called me, finally, my move was so close, I had already cancelled my order and made other arrangements. This is where their delayed processing came into play. I was told that they had two weeks from the order to find a driver. This was 16 days after I ordered, but still less than two weeks after they processed my payment. They refused to refund my deposit and basically I was told that they didn't care either way, I wasn't getting my money back. I will never use these jokers again, and I would suggest that no one else does either.
