Dave contacted me with a quote, and I was in no hurry to ship my car, so I didn't get back to him for a little while (after quotes from other companies had expired). When I did, carrier prices had gone up, but Dave honored the original quote and didn't even charge me a deposit. I told him I could ship my car on a Tuesday at the earliest, and that Tuesday night a truck came by to get my car. Throughout the process, Dave was very responsive, helpful, and honest. The company he found to haul my car was very good, as well. I was told that the travel time would be 6-9 days, and my car showed up the morning of the 6th day.
