Reliable Transportation lives up to it's name! Could definitely be called Reliable and Professional Transportation

I needed to have a vehicle shipped from Massachusetts to Illinois. I had absolutely no experience in how to accomplish this. I researched many many transportation companies and received many many different prices! So confusing. I chose Reliable Transportation mostly because they don't outsource the job. A lot of transportation companies are just middle-men who make a profit by taking your money and then hiring a trucker (paying him significantly less) to move your vehicle. These companies have no real investment in their customers or their truckers. Reliable Transportation has their own fleet of trucks and their own very professional, experienced drivers. Unlike other transportation companies, Reliable quotes you a price and sticks to it! Every time I started to get worried about my vehicle, I emailed (or phoned) Damon Sewell of Reliable Transportation. It never took even close to a whole day before he responded to me. He was absolutely outstanding from the minute I called with a million questions. Damon is a very honest person - and he is smart too! I also spoke to a driver (Danny) who was so wonderful. He delivered my vehicle to me right in front of my house! He was able to pull that 85 foot trailer onto my residential street, all while leaving enough room for the neighbors to drive by. He was professional, clean, and pretty funny too. My vehicle was delivered in absolutely pristine condition. All in all, Reliable Transportation is worth every penny. I'm so glad I chose them, you will be too!
