Wonderful company, wonderful customer service rep

We have shipped two vehicles over the last few weeks with Reliable and they are a GREAT company. Mike Mascaro, the Customer Service Rep we work with, is very professional and a pleasure to work with. The drivers (Don for this last trip) are also in good communication, helpful, professional and great to work with as well. We have shipped a car in the past and have been burned. We had a car show up with damage to it and a transport company that was not willing to do the right thing and take any responsibility for it. It was a nightmare. For this reason, we were a little wary on shipping two other cars and Reliable has put those fears to rest. In an industry that can be sketchy and problematic, this company stands so far above the rest that they are simply in a league of their own. Reliable's prices can be a bit higher than some of their competitors, but I will say this. If you are considering Reliable and wondering if the higher cost (if applicable) is worth it (meaning, do you really get an additional value and peace of mind), the answer is a resounding YES!!! I cannot say enough good things about them. You can put to bed any fears of the company not delivering as promised, damage to your car, out of touch drivers, etc., etc. that can be rampant in the car transport industry. These guys are top-notch and like I said, they are so far above their competitors it is quite impressive. If you are going to transport a vehicle, call Mike Mascaro!
