I was not initially pleased with my experience with Reliable. There were shipment delays of which I felt I should have been notified sooner. I have since been contacted by Brian C at Reliable in an attempt to rectify the situation and ensure complete customer satisfaction. I appreciate their concern and attention. They have stated they will take internal training and tracking measures to avoid similar problems in the future. Considering this I would personally give them another chance to transport for me if ever needed.
