After my first review, i have received a phone call from brian the next day.He apologized for the misunsderstanding about giving me back 100 instead of 125, that worked out to be 140 cdn.What really amazes me was the first time he only wanted to hear my side of the story and did not hesitate to refund my money back.Then thats when i guess he read my review and was apologetic about my refund money being short and he just ask me how much he owed me with out hesitation again he said he would send me a cheque for the rest.I told him if he wanted to see my statement for proof of what i paid and he said no its fine he believes me .What he did there was a class act, if he can trust me no problem ,i have the same respect for brian. Since this was not his fault , i am definetley going to use this company again and just deal with brian, Not to put he other agents down , new employees make mistakes, but i feel brian made things right and really knows customer service is key,If things did not work out they would lost a repeat customer, i maybe just 1 customer but if you continue that kind of practice who knows how many you can lose and they all add up.I havent receive my second cheque yet, but i take brians word as he takes mine, so i will continue to look for my project car and will be giving brian a call when i find one, this review and brian are legit
