Booked through a broker which had great comminication Reggie Willis. Giovanni was contact who did contaxt me and set up the time for pickup, was a little late bit no biggie i was glad when he came. He said something about items packed in car and DOT would call if there was a problem with weight. It was a Saturn with clothes packed inside, found that odd but ok, if DOT was going to charge for our vehicle not a problem. He calls next day saying it was $125 extra, and demands the extra money or he wont deliver. We told him no problem just show me proof of paymebt, he starys screaming and cursing on phone saying how he drove all night, absolutely no reason to be yelling at my mom like this had him on speaker. Says he will deliver car at 7 and hangs up. Long story short he demands money before car off, threatens to bring car to miami and starts folding ramps up. I blocked him in and called police. Police see contract stating clearly items can be in car but they arent responsible, nothing about extra money, so he unloads the car and was paid the $500 . I believe this is a scam they try and probably get away with mpst of the time. I was going to tip him $100 so it wasnt about theoney, the principle of how he acted towards my mother for no reason.
