This is not a joke:

I left a negative review on transport reviews earlier. Same story as hundreds of others leaving reviews about this company. Took my deposit, no refund, no car delivery. I eventually received an e-mail from them. This is what David said.

"I definitely can I do apologize we normally process them right away. I will make sure you receive a refund right away if you get the review removed first. Just reply back to the confirmation email you received when you left the review stating you wish you remove it."

What kind of crap is that? You mean to tell me that I will only receive a refund if I remove my review from this website?

This is such a scam. Company needs to be closed. I'm going to try and get my money back using my Amex Fraud Protection. Writing a letter to the BBB today as well and considering taking legal action.

Anybody want to get together and try to submit a class action lawsuit against this company let me know!
