My family was relocating from Columbus, Ohio to Seattle Washington and needed to ship my two vehicles. I got multiple quotes and this company offered the best prices. We had booked the airline tickets for leaving on June 25th. I wanted to have one vehicle picked up on June 16 so expected we will have one car to use when we arrive on Seattle on June 25, and the other vehicle be picked up on June 23 to 24 before we left. However, the expected pick-up never happened. Numerous phone calls made to the company got no answer. No one answers the phone call and no one called back. Finally I had someone to talk and was told they could not find any carriers willing to take the order. But I have to wait at least 2 weeks before I can cancel the orders according to the contract. Since no way we can get around in Seattle without a car and not knowing how many weeks we have to rent a car if ours not shipped , We had to change our travel plan in the last minute to cancel the flight and drive one car from Columbus to Seattle. We are glad we made this decision because afterwards we got not a single word from this company. They just took your deposit and if they could not do the job, they will not care about you. I think for those reviews giving good comments about the company, either fakes or a matter of luck. After 2 weeks of first expected pick-up date, I canceled the order immediately and hired Dependable Auto Shipper to have my other vehicle transported. But this company does not respond to your request for refunding the deposit. I had to call my credit card company to put a dispute on the charge. That is the end of my business with this completely unReliable Auto Mover. Use your own judgment if you want to use this company.
