The biggest problem with Reliable was two-fold. No one called me previous to or during my three day window pick-up for my car and no one would call me back. My pick-up was scheduled for June 13,16 or 17. As I was moving out of state and had no one to leave the car with, I made it very clear that if they couldn't get it done, I couldn't use them. No problem, they said. When I still hadn't heard from anyone by the 10th, I called my contact. His mailbox was full. I tried to call other extensions and no one answered. I called customer service and left a message on after the recording. I called my contact at Reliable and customer service repeatedly over the next two days and never heard back from anyone. On Friday, the 13th by some stroke of luck I pressed some button and got a human being who promptly transferred me to the customer service recorded message...again, before I could get a word in edgewise. I called again on the 16...no call returns. On the 17th I got a person who had no information to share with me except that in the contract I signed gave them six months to find transport for my car. Why even pick a three day window if it means nothing, I asked. All that got me was the sentence about my contract repeated. I had to keep calling back for updates until finally someone called me to let me know it would be picked up on Friday the 20th. Not communicating with your customers is bad business. No one ever followed up with me or apologized for their lack of 'being on the ball' or checked to see how the transport went. I shouldn't have to chase down a company I am paying to provide a service for me and therefore will not be using Reliable again. I am writing this in hopes it will keep someone else from having a bad experience like mine.
