Made arrangements for picking up my Cadillac; to make the ball rolling, I send all the paperwork that same hour back to them. Bevause they can't guarantee anything, they 'almost' guarantee trucking within the time frame I had in mind (2 weeks). After 2 weeks, still no respond, so start calling. After a few (14) times I had finally someone on the phone. Yes it is possible that they had some delay and needed 3 more days to arrange everything. Called after 3 days again, and after another few (8) times someone answered the phone. The same story again ('we do everything in our power...') and I told her that I like to raise the price of trucking, because it was too low in my opinion, when she sounded more intersted in this situation. She was offering herself as my personal assistant, and should call me back again that same day; I never talked with anybody after this phonecall again, and getting in contact with them is a true challenge, but wasted time...
Arranged trucking myself by using Uship.com, in which I had arranged everything within a week. Too bad, Unreliable Automovers for me.
