I would like to give less than 1 star but there is no option to select. October 8, 2016 i moved my car from MN to TN. There is a 3 inch dent in my roof. I did the estimation in honda showroom only for damage happened during transportation ($2058). But they are saying they will give only 50% ($1029) amount for the claim because of old car and existing minor issue but i did the estimate only for damage happen during the transportation. Still They are not agreeing. I completely dissatisfied with the service. My claim number 1190143

Hello Ganesh. I am very sorry you disagree with the outcome of your claim. Another manager and I both reviewed this with you at length last week and you signed a release for settlement just yesterday. We are unfortunately unable to hold the driver liable for normal wear or hail damage to your vehilce. I am happy to review this with you again if you would like. Thank you
