I noticed an unprofessional/unlawful action practiced by Reindeer. They did a walk-through of my car and noted down that there is no dent, no cracks etc. I signed it along with the vehicle person. I did not get a copy of it at the spot, so I emailed Reindeer and they sent me a copy of it.
In the attachment, someone at a later stage has struck off everything written during the walk through and added a point called “Some Dirt”. I got in touch with Reindeer and they(Alicia?) were just not acknowledging their mistake of correcting the walk through observations after I had signed.
In the way, they spoke I felt like taking legal action against them but didn’t want to be impulsive in the spur of the moment and thought of informing you.
