Great First Time Experience

This was my first time to transport a vehicle and Reggie Willis Transport and M&O Motors out of Piedmont, Mo made it painless. After reading some reviews of carious companies I had wanted to stay with a carrier that ran their own fleet. But no one had routes that worked. InterCity did not have anything coimg my way either so I just stumbled onto Reggie Willis and I am glad I did. Ifilled out the qweb quote form and then a week later emailed for conformation of the price. It had gone up but with all that was going on everything had. Sam called back the same day to confirm the information and see if I had any questions. They posted my vehicle on Central Dispatch on Sunday. Monday morning they called and emailed me that a slot was available. I got home from work at Noon and shortly thereafter Kim called to confirm that I was still looking for transport. Three hours later she called back to tell me that the driver (Mike of M&O Motors) was going to pick the car up that evening. The seller contacted me and said that everyone was quite professional and courteous. I had requested a Saturday pick-up but the seller was willing to do it that evening. MIke called me at 7.30pm to let me know that he had loaded the car and was heading to Saint Louis via Nashville in a two car trailer. He called the next morning to let me know he was leaving Nashville and go over where we were meeting. Four hours later I got the call that he wsa on the exit ramp. Ten minutes later we met up and the car was unloaded. My experience may have neen unusual, but to get my car delivered in an enclosed trailer in four days from signing up is pretty good in my book! So hat's off to Kim, Sam and Mike.
