Pay more than agreed, bad service.

This is the worst company I have dealt with. They promise me a price, 800, and I end up paying 900. They charge me the 200 deposit and then I was supposed to pay the driver only 600 when I receive my vehicles. Well, when the truck driver, dont remember his name, just that he was asian, arrived at my house in FL, he demanded me 700. I explained him the situation, and he threatened me to take my vehicles back to a storage and charge me extra money. I end up paying the amount requested by the driver and told me to call back the office and they will give me the rest of my money back. Well i called and I never did get the money or an answer back. That was the "military discount" they gave me.

Also, the truck driver was late. And he made me meet him in a place about 2 miles away from where I live to drop off my vehicles. I was droppin off a motorcycle and a car. And guess what?? I got wet because that day it was raining. The truck driver after being late for the pick up, he told me if i did not hurry up to drop off the vehicles he was gonna leave. So I had to get off my work and get a co-worker so he could drive the car and I could ride my bike to the DROP-OFF point the truck driver set up at the last moment. There was no door-to-door.

I will never use this company again. Dont even talk to Rego if you decide to call. And if you decide to use this company, when you see the asian truck driver and start talking to him, you will see the acctitude he gives you. Very unprofessional.

The only reason I used the company was because I was getting deployed to Iraq and needed my vehicles with me in FL during leave. If not, if I had time in my hand, I would had got another company that actually gives you the service that they promise.
