Radu is a no-nonsense driver that gets the job done. His arrival was 2 days sooner than promised. He drives a nice enclosed Rig, 75 foot hauler with a hydraulic lift. I never spoke to his office and he contacted me directly. My classic convertible was delivered in the condition I was expecting. The pick up point was not close to a major highway. I had a great experience with Regal Express (and Jared @ Exclusive Auto Shipping)
