Initially, Regal was awesome to work with, worked with me on delivery around the holidays. Since my car was shipped from Hawaii to Long Beach, where Regal picked it up, it was impossible to know the available date and I was very happy with how Regal was working with me on ensuring the car didn't get delivered for three days when I was out of town. Well, I should not have worried about that at all, because they really don't know, nor seem to care when it will be delivered. The biggest disappointment is that they are not up front and communicate readily about windows of time. Not one time did he ever give me any indication that there was a high likelihood that the car would be later than earlier - no transparency at all. It seems like they just tell you what you are hoping to hear and then rag on you when you call them on it because it is the easiest thing to do. I am still waiting on my car and I can only hope it is in decent condition when it gets here since it less than a year old, but based on customer service, or lack thereof, I will never use this company again or recommend it to anyone else. I was actually surprised to see all the good reviews on this company. Seems like it is all or nothing with them. Nice as heck when it comes time to get your money and set everything up. If things don't go even remotely close to plan, they love to tell you what an idiot you are for not understanding that in the auto transport business, anything goes. I was an idiot all right - an idiot for doing business with this company.
