Kristi was an excellent representative who was very friendly, informative, prompt, available, and honest. She provided the estimated date of delivery and pick up and put me in direct contact with the driver who kept me posted on any changes that occurred while it was happening. Kristi sent me email confirmations to let me know that my car had been picked up, that it was in transit, and followed up after delivery to make sure that everything went well. Although my car was late by 3 days, Kristi was in constant contact with me to know what the next steps were and what to expect next. This was my first time shipping my car and I was worried about it when I first looked into companies, but Kristi at Red Carpet Auto Shipping put all my anxieties to ease. Also, the price was very reasonable for shipping my car across the country in an enclosed carrier. If I had to ship my car again, I would definitely recommend RED CARPET to anyone!
