I began investigating transport companies in March for my temporary move to California for an internship for the summer. Red Carpet Transport responded with the most competitive quote and was very persuasive in their phone cal and e-mail about their great reputation. I began working with one of their representatives who assured me that they would be my direct contact from start to finish on the transport of my 2001 Honda Civic. Through various e-mails I was educated in the procedure that was to follow in the transport process. Since I had contacted Red Carpet many weeks before I actually had to use them there was span of time when I did not communicate with them. A few weeks before my travel dates I tried to contact my representative by e-mail several tim with no response. After a week or so I finally called their direct number and learned that my representative was no longer with the company. Accordingly, I had to begin the process again but Tonya took wonderful care of me and gave me a new quote which was a little higher than original but the oil prices had increased substantially and it was still competitive. She had my order all completed and gave me a realistic approach to when I should get my order out there so I would get the car delivered as close to the date it was needed as possible. Although there are no guarantees on delivery, Tonya really got it right because my car was ready to be delivered a day before I was even in California to take delivery of it. Arrangements were made for the car to be delivered the day after I arrived and it went without a hitch. I am eager to use Red Carpet Auto Transport for the return of my vehicle at the end of the summer. They did a professional job an Tonya was a delight.
