Heather, our contact person, was just a delight to talk to. She kept me very informed and was so nice. I really enjoyed talking directly to her and not the transport company. In the past we had shipped a car and had a very bad experience. The car took an additional three weeks to get to our destination. I was very happy with the driver of our car and felt the company was very reliable. The price was better than we expected, since we were shipping cross Country. If we have to ship a car agin, Red Carpet is the company I would choose.
