The service experience was uniformly excellent, from timeliness to courtesy of personnel, to ease of transaction. The customer rep called to confirm all was in order at each step in the transaction. The driver called, was very cooperative. I learned that he was from Joplin Mo, site of the devastating tornado. My car was on his truck in Joplin on that terrible day, but when he heard of the storm approaching, he left ahead of it. As a result of his good judgment and care, I was spared potential loss, and the car arrived in good condition. I would not hesitate to recommend this service.
