I thought the process was fine. I am happy with the condition of the car, the price, and the time it took to ship the car. I was a little concerned about the three hour warning but I understand that is for ease of the driver. Overall I would recommend you to someone else with a warning about the thick eastern European accent of our driver. Your customer service was great because you kept calling the driver on our behalf. Thank you ~Terryol I am happy/agree with Terryol. I think you are well aware it would be helpful if the drivers would call the day before and say "watch for my call tomorrow". Our driver was stressed/busy but nice. We would do it again. I especially appreciate your conversations with me explaining the process and your availability along the way. Jenny Wilson
