This was the 1st time I had ever had a vehicle transported. This required my flying to California prior to the vehicle being shipped to Ohio and involved much research and coordination. Needless to say, despite all of my preparations, I was nervous and felt that the odds were slim that all of the coordination would go as planned. Denise Flores was thoughtful and considerate and very understanding with my concerns and attempting to ensure that my flight schedule to California would merge smoothly. Denise was in constant contact with me and was able to make me feel at ease. Denise was able to get me a carrier that I was able to speak with prior to pickup and she also thoroughly explained the process, what was required of me, what I could expect and what I should look for. The vehicle was picked up on time as promised and delivered 2,300 miles on time, clean and undamaged. I was very happy and very impressed. If I ever need to do this again, there is no doubt who I will rely on: Denise Flores and Red Carpet Auto Transport!!! Great job to you Denise and all involved!
