When I called them they told me it would be no problem to get a transport for the days I needed it. I was over 3 weeks ago and needed to leave on a wednesday and they said lets start with the saturday before so we can have a window for the pick up, that was fine. thursday I called and they said they had nothing but it looked good for this weekend for a pick up. Then Friday, Saturday and Sunday left message and emals and nothing. Finally was able to get ahold of Anthony on Monday and he told me if I threw in anotehr 50 bucks that would probably get something to pick up the cars and I was like ok that is fine. Nothing the rest of the day, I called Tuesday morning, I was flying out Wednesday and got voice mail again. Then I had some girl call me saying Anthony was out of the office and she could help me. I was like fine, then she said the price would be 2400, 200 when the cars are picked up and 2200 to the drivers, the original agreement was 2200, 300 to them and 1900 to the drivers. At this point I was mad, then she said they could pick up the 2 cars on Thursday sometime, keep in mind I was gone Wednesday, this was my only choice she said. Luckly I have a friend that is really nice and was going to come over and take car of things since I would be gone. I get a call Wednesday afternoon that they are going to be there that night, I say how late they said 11pm. I was like what the heck. they ended up getting there at 1am and my friend took care of things but this was 4 days after I was told they could pick it up. Not to mention I told them I would be traveling on Wednesday and when i get off the plane I ahve 6 message, saying they are worried about me, I was on a plane and they knew this. I would not use this company again, im not sure where there break down in this process in but I used to live outide of DC so I can't imagine that its hard to get a truck to pick up cars there and the drivers that dropped out cars off were from the area we were moving so, so I dont konw.
